EC Publishing at the 2025 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books:
Stories, Smiles, and a Whole Lot of Page-Turning Magic
There’s something extraordinary about the smell of fresh books in the air, the buzz of literary conversations, and the unmistakable joy of discovering your next favorite read. EC Publishing LLC had the honor of experiencing all this and more at the 2025 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books (LATFOB)—an annual celebration of literature, creativity, and community—held at the iconic University of Southern California from April 26 to 27.
As an authorized exhibitor, EC Publishing stepped onto the festival grounds with more than just books—we brought stories that inspire, challenge, and connect. From contemporary fiction to thought-provoking nonfiction, our booth was a vibrant showcase of the diverse voices and genres we champion. Whether visitors were seasoned bibliophiles, casual readers, or publishing professionals, our collection had something for every kind of story-seeker.
And speaking of visitors—what a turnout! With an enthusiastic and eclectic crowd hailing from all corners of the globe, LATFOB truly lived up to its reputation as a world-class event. It was a melting pot of literary passion: curious readers, aspiring authors, indie publishers, educators, and industry veterans, all gathered under one metaphorical (and literal) tent to celebrate the written word.
Throughout the weekend, our team had the pleasure of engaging in lively discussions about the publishing process, introducing new titles, and even sneak-previewing a few upcoming releases. We signed books, swapped stories, and welcomed dozens of new readers into our growing EC Publishing community.
The atmosphere? Electric. The conversations? Inspiring. The experience? Unforgettable.
